As I mentioned about a week or so ago, Paypal is getting sued.
Attorney’s From the law firm Freed & Weiss
Here is the contact information for the Law Firm that will be handling the Class Action Suit. Again, if you have not spoken with them, you will have to call them, in order for your name to be added to the suite. They will need your scenario with PayPal and all your contact info for the suit.

Here is the message that I received from letssuepaypal.com this morning, as follows.
“To everyone registered, and interested: I was informed late today, that the Law Firm of Freed & Weiss have agreed to file a Class Action Lawsuit against PayPal for the wrong doing of Holding funds and other issues.
For those of you who have already contacted the Attorneys, I have been told that you will be receiving a copy of the filing. For those of you who have not contacted the Law Firm, please do so as soon as possible to add your name to the suit.
I have also been told that the Law Firm should be posting TV commercials, and print ads around the country, in an effort to encourage others who have been victimized by PayPal to join in. Also I have closed the forum to any further postings, as I no longer have the time to delete all the spam that makes its way on my forum.”

Hm hm.. that’s very interessting but frankly i have a hard time seeing it… wonder how others think about this..
The link to letssuepaypal appears to be broken. Is anyone else finding that?
I contacted Freed and Weiss, I hope they can help me, my account is now limited $740 being held hostage!
Paypal is nothing but as massive criminal scam hiding behind a veil of legality. Here’s the Paypal modus operandi:
1. You open a Paypal account and use it to accept payments on eBay or your website.
2. Everything goes fine for a while.
3. Paypal suddenly freezes your account and demands a ridiculous laundry list of papers and documents that they know you don’t have.
4. Paypal then keeps your money when those documents are not provided, and sometimes even if they are.
Paypal has done this to thousands upon thousands of people already and has stolen millions of dollars using this tactic. Paypal is a criminal organization and everyone involved in the company should be serving hard time in prison.
Always read the fine print with any payment arbitrator. They essentially make money by lending with yours. The lovely nature of being a bank.
