There are a few ways to submit article feeds. I use these plugins in all of my sites. You will find all of them have great use and save you time and effort.
The WTG plugin will allow you to submit extra feeds along with your post. Your blog my ping to bring the search engine spiders to spider your post, but they do not submit to aggregator sites, this plugin submits your post to 50 aggregator sites hands free,as well as your extra feeds. (those feeds can come from anything,squidoo pages,youtube,etc.)
