Let start from the top:  First you need to understand what a Video RSS feed is and how to use it. If you go to youtube and add a profile or you already have one, Then from that profile you will have an RSS feed or video RSS feed.

If you subscribe to your feed in your profile, the next screen to pop up will give you options of which feed reader you would like to subscribe in.  You really only need the destination URL that is in your browser, that is your video RSS feed.

Submititing your video RSS feed to an RSS aggregator

Take the destination URL that you copied from your Youtube profile and submit it to an RSS aggregator site such as Feedagg.

There is a lengthly list of feed aggregators and you could submit your feeds all day long. The possibilities are endless as well as the amount of backlinks you can receive.

Automating your RSS video feed can save you alot of time.
